I was looking to trade in my current Elantra for a newer model, while also hoping I could do this in a stress free environment. I saw Ron Carter Hyundai had a great sales event for their new cars, and ende model, while also hoping I could do this in a stress free environment. I saw Ron Carter Hyundai had a great sales event for their new cars, and ended up working with Gary Crow. He made the experience very easy, and I did not feel pressure during this process. Even though we were at the dealership after hours, Gary took his time to explain the trade-in process. He also took the time to show my wife other vehicles that might interest her in the future. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable during the process by offering us something to drink and eat. My wife and I were allowed plenty of time to make this important decision. We also had a great experience with the finance person who made the experience very easy. More

DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER!!! BAIT AND SWITCH and HOSTILE. My review is for a new car purchase. They brought me in the dealership with a promise of $500 lower than a competitor dealer. I was cle HOSTILE. My review is for a new car purchase. They brought me in the dealership with a promise of $500 lower than a competitor dealer. I was clear on the phone with them before I went in and they promised me to beat it by 500 bucks if I showed them the paperwork from another dealer. I told them I have the paperwork but want to work out all of the numbers and get the "Out the Door price" agreed to avoid problems later. We went back and forth a few times until I finally asked for the sales manager who was "on the phone" and only came 30-45 minutes later. The sales manager finally came after I asked for the 3rd time and the sales manager was just rude and unprofessional and didn't even greet me or shake hands and walked up and said "what's up" as if I was taking away his time from playing online games. He would still not give me Out of the Door price and finally after debating for some time, they did which was 2,000 dollars higher and were charging me for options and dealer fees of 600. I told them that 600 dollars in dealer fees is ridiculous and most charge 125 and they are lowering the sale price but then making it back in the dealer fees and playing games. The sales manager than pulled the paper off the table and would not discuss the price anymore. I asked for the GM and was told that he was the most senior person and I was “stuck” with him and I can call back to the dealership on Monday. I saw one other customer as the dealership and I told them of what they are doing with dealer docs fees and told them to beware- that's when things got interesting and they wanted me to leave immediately. I almost got into a fight with the sales person (Ralph Mendoza) and was very tense. Even after I was out of the dealership Ralph Mendoza was verbally assaulting me, cursing at me, and wanting to fight with me and edging me on. I had to use every ounce of my energy and self-control not to punch him out and get into a fight to avoid the hassle and police coming- which I kind of regret now and wish I would have knocked him down since I was outside of the dealership and he was cursing at me and being hostile. I called back the next few days to complain to the GM and also left a voicemail but the GM never even returned by calls or took interest in the matter. These people lie, deceive, will waste your time, and are unprofessional and hostile. I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALER!!! They will try to get you in the door with a lower price attraction but they are not to be trusted and will play games and only end up wasting 2 hours of your precious time. And if you try to warn other customers then be ready to defend yourself or have a lawyer present and be ready for a lawsuit. More
