I called my former dealership in which I bought the car from and was told they could not see the car until Monday morning at 7:30a.m.(this was Friday),I was O.K. with that ,but inquired about a loaner car, in which I was told, I could not get until 11:30a.m. if they could not fix my problem. That for me was a problem, as I had to get to work on Monday morning.I contacted Ron Carter and spoke with Lisa, she said immediately "no problem, our dealership can't look at your car until Monday either, but call Hyundai Assurance for a tow, ride with them and we will give you a loaner car today."When I spoke to my husband and told him they had given me a 2013 Hyundai Sonata as a loaner, he was excited. He came home from work and "checked out" the loaner. I received the loaner approximately at 3p.m. Friday and went back to Ron Carter with intentions of looking at (not Buying) Saturday by 1 p.m..We were in contact with Jim Holsen over the computer, so when we went in and ask for him he was busy with another customer. He put us in the hands of Marcus Austin who listened to our expectations of what we wanted and what we were willing to pay.He did his best and got the numbers close enough that my husband and I said o.k....We ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in less than 24hrs. of a loaner. I would also like to say that Roberto Muller was our finance guy, he made the experience painless with his patience. Ron Carter Clear Lake has some amazing people working for them, and for that I would like to say "THANK YOU!".....Our experience with Ron Carter Hyundai was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai! My wide and I went there to inquire about purchasing a new car. They recommeneded leasing the vihicle because our monthly payment would be much lower. My wife automatically didn't want to do it. Had a wonderful experience with Johnny, to this day he remembers my full name. He was there to answer any question I had, even after I had purchased the vehicle. He worked well with my budget & I was even remembers my full name. He was there to answer any question I had, even after I had purchased the vehicle. He worked well with my budget & I was even able to get the 2013 Elantra fully loaded for a great deal. Had some issues with a previous salesman who was incredibly rude, so glad I chose Johnny very courteous & I hope this review helps you choose him to be your salesmen, I would've loved to have saved myself the trouble of going to an inadequate salesperson. Me and my daughter went in to the dealership from near Lake Charles on the eprice for the Elantra Limited. We were welcomed by the sales team at Ron Carter and they brought us to James Tengs desk. James was our guy and I couldn't believed how nice and how professional he was. He not only ask what we are looking for in a vehicle but he took the time to get to know us, not many sales people do that!! the whole deal was finished in about 2 -3 hours, which was hard to believed when there was so many customer there at the dealership...my daughter took the delivery of the Elantra from James and she was so happy with the new car, she couldn't stop talking about it on the way home.
