It was a great experience from the time I requested information online through the entire purchase of our new Hyundai Santa Fe. I am very pleased with my visit to Ron Carter. Sosa and Christian did a great job getting me my car. From the moment I walked in, they got the ball rolling. I told Christian the basics of what I was looking for and he led me right to the car i ended up buying. The atmosphere was very friendly and professional right from the get go. Once i showed interest in the car i wanted, he got the test drive set up, and I was off in no time. Sosa and Christian made the entire experience from start to finish, quick, easy, and very straight forward, and any questions I had were quickly answered. I'm very glad I went to Ron Carter, and i highly recommend anyone who wants to get a car without all the hassle and trouble to go over to my friends here at Ron Carter, and ask for Sosa or Christian. I was greeted at the dealership by Marcus Austin. I already had the information for the new vehicle I wanted and he assisted me in getting the trade-in value of my current vehicle (that was purchased already had the information for the new vehicle I wanted and he assisted me in getting the trade-in value of my current vehicle (that was purchased new from Ron Carter Hyundai). Once the trade-in evaluation was completed he found the vehicle I wanted, I test drove the vehicle. We discussed numbers, made an agreement and went to finance. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hours. GREAT EXPERIENCE! More

When we first walked up the greeting made us feel right at home and made us feel very welcome. The knowledge that Charles provided about the car we were looking for was far beyond what we expected. He wa at home and made us feel very welcome. The knowledge that Charles provided about the car we were looking for was far beyond what we expected. He was very helpful and it did not take us long to figure out the car that we wanted and before we knew it we were already inside talking about pricing. This also was a very easy process and Charles was very helpful along the way. After we agreed on a price and signed papers Charles was very helpful in setting up the voice activation system in the car and activated my cell phone also so i could receive calls through my car. This was very helpful and helped us to get to know the car before we even left the lot. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and the car we bought and i want to personally thank Charles for all his help in making this experience a great one. More
