I test drove a car Saturday morning. I informed the staff that I was not purchasing at the time, but wanted to simply drive the car. I was comparing two different vehicles and was trying to make my de staff that I was not purchasing at the time, but wanted to simply drive the car. I was comparing two different vehicles and was trying to make my decision. After the drive, I went home to see the prices online. I called the online number and Mandy instructed me to either ask for her or James. I did and James truly made the experience painLESS. He did not pressure us and made sure he answered all our questions before we had the opportunity to ask. This is the second Hyundai we've purchased so we already knew about the reliability of the vehicle. More

Everyone at Ron Carter was super friendly! James was great to work with. He didn't try to force me into a car that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I also worked with Tony in finance.
