Israel was very helpful in walking me through my first car purchase. I knew I wanted the Elantra GLS and he showed me multiple cars and took me on two test drives. I went in to get the best price on a new car that I could. Christian didnt try to pressure me into more than what i needed, but that i would leave the dealership with what i wanted. Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever encountered in any industry. We drove in from San Antonio, got caught in a thundersorm and Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever encountered in any industry. We drove in from San Antonio, got caught in a thundersorm and a traffic jam, arriving at the dealershipo at 8:59pm. I'm sure there was nothing more he'd rather do than to go home and spend time with his girlfriend. Kilan is very knowledgeable about their products and very professional. Upon completing our business, Kilan not only took us out to go eat at 12:30 in the morning but he made some calls and found us a hotel with special rate for us to stay the night since it was too late to drive back to San Antonio. Kilan then drove us to our hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area. Now that's what i call "customer service". Do not let this guy getaway! Kilan is and will be an asset to any company he chooses to work for. More
