I liked that these car dealers let you look around at the inventory before approaching you, there was never any pressure. Israel was very friendly and very knowledgeable. From the time I called to ask a question about the Santa Fe 3rd row seating until the time I signed the papers on the new purchase I was treated so good. I spoke with Jim Holsen and he told me the difference in the 2 models and I asked him to please have a 7 passenger model ready for a test drive that I was on my way and he was awesome. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. He took so much time and was so patient as my husband and I were looking and trying to decide which model to go with. I've never had a sales person like Jim and I have purchased many new vehicles. The entire dealership was so kind and made us feel like we mattered. More

I had been looking for a car for a while. I originally started working with Marcus Austin. He was very kind and considerate and always kept me informed or the upcoming specials. I was not sidelined by anything in the buying process, but I didn't appreciate having to drive to the dealership for pricing. They said they had a base model car that I wanted, but they didn't say that th but I didn't appreciate having to drive to the dealership for pricing. Anthony Merchant was helpful and knowledgable and certainly within the category of "good salesman". Any low scores are a product of Ron Carter's policies, not Anthony. More

Having been dissatisfied with our search for a car for our daughter, we decided to visit Ron Carter Hyundai to see what they had insofar as either a used or new car was concerned. James Teng, who we were our daughter, we decided to visit Ron Carter Hyundai to see what they had insofar as either a used or new car was concerned. James Teng, who we were familiar with from a previous purchase, greeted us and provided excellent service. He took his time and showed us a wide variety of product.
