My sister referred me to Veronica. I walked in asked for her and was promptly taken to her desk. I had already picked the type of car I wonted. The eprice is not real. When you show up at the dealership They will ROB YOU. It is just a big lie to bring you in. I drove over an hour from Cypress to fall for the big joke. Christian answered the phone and was very helpful and willing to work with me as much as he could when I let him know I was on my way to the hospital to visit my mother. He gave me his cell number so I could let him know when I was on my way so he could pull the key for me so it wouldn't take too much of my time. In my haste I forgot to call him but he was waiting right in front and moved as quickly as possible. We had a pleasant test drive and I fell in love with the SUV. Not planning on it...We went thru the next steps of numbers, financing, hotdogs and popcorn and two hours later we were driving off the lot in MY NEW escalade. We were definately treated with great hospitality and there is no doubt when someone I know is looking for a vehicle to purchase that I will refer them to Christian and Ron Cater Hyundai. I worked with Stephen Payne exclusively during my 3 hour visit, he was courteous and professional, and listened to my requests carefully. Only near the end of the buying experience was I told by Stephen he would not receive credit for the sale because I was Ralph Mendoza's customer. I had initially been contacted by Mandy Galloway, who I had responded to before I left my home. After I was on the way to the dealer, another internet manager, Ralph Mendoza, sent an email saying he would pull the car that I had expressed interest in around for a test drive. I neither saw this email or Mr Mendoza during my 3 hour visit. And I did not purchase the vehicle I had expressed interest in. I was informed by Stephen that he would receive no credit for the sale, even though he did all the work. Because of my experience, management was willing to do whatever it took to guarantee my complete satisfaction. Ryan Martin the sales director contacted me and indicated that Stephen had made some mistakes. Stephen also contacted me and apologized for accidentally misleading me, it was only his second week at the dealership. Ron Carter Hyundai has a very large volume sales business, which contributes to their ability to offer value pricing. The consumer must be aware of current prices and be willing to negotiate a contract they are happy with. This dealership is ready to work with you to get you in a car you want.
