I actually drove down from Little Rock Arkansas, becuase no one locally could compete with the price. I delt with two sales consultants, Christian and Ralph, who were very quick to respond to my questions, no one locally could compete with the price. Christian had all of the paperwork ready for me when I walked into the dealership and although the exact car I wanted was not on the lot when I arrived, he arranged for a driver to travel to a nearby dealership and secure the exact car I wanted. While I waited, I could see how busy th dealership was (it was packed!) and even though Christian had lots of folks tugging at him for attention, he came by very often to update me and then when the car arrived, he assured that it wa deatailed and ready for me right away. I have not had one moment of second-guessing on this deal. Much cheaper than my local area and I felt like the customer service was superb. Highly recommend this dealership. I was a first time buyer and I arrived at the Ron Carter dealership for my 7 P.M. appointment and was met by Mr. Anderson, unfortunately he had booked a few appointments around the same appointment window. dealership for my 7 P.M. appointment and was met by Mr. Anderson, unfortunately he had booked a few appointments around the same appointment window. I waited patiently, while he serviced other people. As it started to become 8 P.M; however, I became a little discouraged as to whether Ron Carter Hyundai really wanted my business. When Mr. Anderson finally did assist me, he encouraged me to buy a two-seater Elantra and a Genesis which I informed him I was interested in the Sonata 4 doors only over the phone. Basically, he showed me every car except the one I wanted. I also, said I was interested in a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid being advertised on internet sales. He told me the car was being loaned out and would return on Saturday. He set me up an appointment for Saturday morning when it was to return so that I could test drive it. Next thing I know I received a phone call from Mr. Anderson saying the appointment needed to be canceled. I informed him that I was ready to make a decision soon, so I wanted to test drive that or similar vehicles, including used Toyota Camrys and Corollas. Instead of helping me find a possible used Toyota Camry at Ron Carter, Mr. Anderson said "well go test drive a Toyota Camrys and Corollas and let me know how that compares to our Hyundais." So that's exactly what I did and ended up purchasing a brand new Toyota Corolla S from Fred Haas Toyota World because I found 110% better customer service than I had experienced at Ron Carter. I received a text message and not even a phone call today checking on the status of my car shopping. When I informed Mr. Anderson of my buy and the reasons why I chose to purchase from somewhere else, his words were "I figured you would do something like that" And "Congrats" But, my experience at Fred Haas redeemed my view of salesmen at dealerships. There are some good dealerships and honest salespersons out there. Fred Haas Toyota World I know is one of them. More

We were invited to the dealership by another salesperson who was ill and had to leave. Tyler decided to help us and he politely found the vehicles we wanted to view. I called my former dealership in which I bought the car from and was told they could not see the car until Monday morning at 7:30a.m.(this was Friday),I was O.K. with that ,but inquired about a loaner car, in which I was told, I could not get until 11:30a.m. if they could not fix my problem. That for me was a problem, as I had to get to work on Monday morning.I contacted Ron Carter and spoke with Lisa, she said immediately "no problem, our dealership can't look at your car until Monday either, but call Hyundai Assurance for a tow, ride with them and we will give you a loaner car today."When I spoke to my husband and told him they had given me a 2013 Hyundai Sonata as a loaner, he was excited. He came home from work and "checked out" the loaner. I received the loaner approximately at 3p.m. Friday and went back to Ron Carter with intentions of looking at (not Buying) Saturday by 1 p.m..We were in contact with Jim Holsen over the computer, so when we went in and ask for him he was busy with another customer. He put us in the hands of Marcus Austin who listened to our expectations of what we wanted and what we were willing to pay.He did his best and got the numbers close enough that my husband and I said o.k....We ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in less than 24hrs. of a loaner. I would also like to say that Roberto Muller was our finance guy, he made the experience painless with his patience. I explained everything to my wife and she decided tom come back and talk a little more. We decided this was a great deal and purchased the car under a lease. More
