I went to Ron Carter Hyundai last Saturday with the intention of browsing the used car inventory. I had decided only two days before that I wanted to upgrade my 2008 VW Jetta to a midsize SUV, so I had intention of browsing the used car inventory. I had decided only two days before that I wanted to upgrade my 2008 VW Jetta to a midsize SUV, so I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle that day. I worked with Israel and Charles and they were WONDERFUL! They were able to overcome all my obstacles. They were extremely courteous, personable, and professional despite the fact that the dealership was completely packed that day. I generally dread car-shopping, but they were so honest and easy to deal with that I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. I walked into this dealership with my wife and we had been all over town typical car shopping deal then I went there and met mike he was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel at home our invited us been all over town typical car shopping deal then I went there and met mike he was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel at home our invited us in offered us some excellent bbq and some water I was surprised he took the time it being a Saturday and all he then asked us a lot of questions as to what we were looking for in a veihical which made the process of actually choosing a car very easy he nailed it on the second car he showed us and well we happily purchased and will be sending all of our friend and family!
