Worst car buying experience. They lie and mislead you to lure you to their sales floor. They do not have integrity and undoubtedly live up to the xxxx car sales professional stereotype. I have indisputable e-mails where they specifically said one thing, but disregarded it completely when I physically went to the dealership. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time or gas driving to this corrupt dealership, and the unscrupulous car sales professionals who work there. I am willingly to pay more elsewhere just so I will not have to deal with them. More

I flew in from San Antonio interested in buying the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Upon my arrival into Houston, I found out that the person I had been corresponding with had to leave on an emergency and I was Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Upon my arrival into Houston, I found out that the person I had been corresponding with had to leave on an emergency and I was transferred to another salesman. That salesman was Christian Karamitsos. Now, I was kind of hesistant because I had already discussed in detail with the previous salesman my vehicle purchase. When I met Christian, he made me feel at ease and was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions, demonstrated functions of the vehicle and got me the price that I was working on with the previous salesman. Christian even called the next day to check to make sure I made it home alright and continues to keep in contact to see if there are any issues he can help with. I am glad I went to Ron Carter's for my vehicle. Christian is the consumate professional and I would "DEFINITELY" recommend anyone who is buying a car from Ron Carter to seek out Christian. After some issues that have been worked out to our satisfaction I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac. Our salesman called us about a beautiful Cadillac Srx that just came in on a trade. He had been keeping a eye out for the color and options we were hoping for. We did appreciate his eagle eye in helping us find a car we both loved. Very clean and accommodating Dealership. We were there on the weekend and they had a talented lady applying face makeup and making balloon animals and hats for all the kids. She was very sweet and made us balloon toys for our Grandkids. Very creative way to entertain the kids while prospective buyers find their dream car. Everyone was very friendly even though the dealership was quite busy. We were able to complete the deal and drive our beautiful car home right away. We are so happy to have found a car that we both found love. Thanks More
