I came looking for a good deal on a new car and was told to check out this dealership. I don't usually like going to shop for cars because it can be a long, time consuming thing. However, i must say it was to check out this dealership. I don't usually like going to shop for cars because it can be a long, time consuming thing. However, i must say it wasn't like i thought it would be. First of all, my sales person made it a better experience for me, he was patient with me and seemed very knowledgeable about the car(s). Went there to purchase my first car. Was greated by Israel instantly. He was extremely helpful and very nice. My son was in an accident and his car was totalled, so while waiting for the check we spoke with Jim and we were up front with everything..rebate qualifications etc. Jim said if we didn't qualify he had while waiting for the check we spoke with Jim and we were up front with everything..rebate qualifications etc. Jim said if we didn't qualify he had money that could be pulled from elsewhere and we would be $ ish of the internet price. We felt great about the experiance and told Jim and Scott we would be back when the insurance check came. Yesterday my son and wife returned to buy the car but after 3 hours of the dance, the price was 1200 more than originally discussed. I was unable to join them since I work in local hospitals and Saturdays ae required. My family called in advance and when asked to speak to Jim they were told he was busy. When they arrived, they were told something different and that he was not there so thay were "helped" by another salesman. This turned what was a great experiance into a very bad experiance. I am not sure where the disconnect occured, but Scott is the only constant in this ordeal so I would have to say he is to blame for a frustrating experiance. It is difficult for me to understand how you sour someone to your dealership after they return with cash! More
Mike Ogaz sold us our car and gave us the deal we wanted. We drove past 4 Hyundai dealers and we are glad to have him as our salesman. My wife was very concerned at first but now it's fixed we will sleep better knowing we have a salesman that would go out of his way for us. I drove from the east texas and Mike had me convinced over the phone he would get me the deal I wanted. My wife was happy with the road trip and the whole time we were there he kept us laughing, Poor guy, he was sick and he kept it real. There wasnt a time we where there were we sat there and got bored or annoyed for a moment like we did at our local dealership. They had a liuve DJ, hot bbq and balloon animals for my family. I think My next new car will be from Ron Carter Hyundai even if I don't buy a Hyundai. Love you guys! More
I had been researching the 2013 Hyundai Tucson and visiting several other dealerships for about a month before visiting Ron Carter Hyundai. I arrived and was greeted by Armando De Los Santos. I ha visiting several other dealerships for about a month before visiting Ron Carter Hyundai. I arrived and was greeted by Armando De Los Santos. I had a few particular preferences for options and Armando took me directly to see Ron Carter's inventory of Tucsons and tracked down the ones that met my criteria. Armando ran down the list of options on the car for me and answered my questions about several features. We took the car that I preferred for a test drive during which Armando further explained the car's features. We then thoroughly discussed the value of my trade-in and arrived at agreeable terms. Armando demonstrated a great level of professionalism during the experience and knowledge about the vehicle but it was his genuineness and patience that really made me feel comfortable and ultimately led to my purchase. We found our car online, requested a test drive, and received a call back from Mike Ogaz, who scheduled a test drive for Saturday @ 2 PM. We were late arriving at the dealership, and Mike was with anoth received a call back from Mike Ogaz, who scheduled a test drive for Saturday @ 2 PM. We were late arriving at the dealership, and Mike was with another customer, so Tim White offered to take us on a test drive and answer any questions we had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made several trips to the manager, negotiating on our behalf. I would definitely recommend him to friends who might be in the market for a new car. We also enjoyed the free bar-b-que and music outside...great atmosphere. More
My husband and I came in today hoping to purchase a used or new SUV. The salesperson that I had been dealing with via the internet was busy so another gentlemen helped us. The eprice quoted on the website was evidently a joke. I had been sent a flyer offering a certain price to purchase my car. When it came down to the bottom line, the price offered for my car as a trade was no where in the ballpark of what I was originally offered. The dealership had loud music, an Easter Egg hunt for the kids with face painting, and free BBQ. My suggestion, do away with all the gimmicks and offer a TRUE, not deceptive, positive experience to customers and you will have repeat business. More
