Both Sosa and Christian helped me out in purchasing a like new Acura. They made it easy and worked with me on the numbers that I felt comfortable with. My wife and I went to the dealership looking for an Elentra but hadn't test drove one yet. Christian ended up being our salesman to help us through the process. After dealing with some other dealerships the past couple of weeks, this turned out to be a blessing. We spent several hours test driving different vehicles. At no point did we feel presssured by Christian to make a decision. He answered all our questions and provided us all the information we requested with a great attitude to help us make an informed decision. I feel we got a great deal. As far as buying cars go, this was a great experience and we will definitely be going back to Ron Carter Clear Lake for our next vehicle. More

Last Friday I went to Ron Carter to purchase my new vehicle and was immediately met by Stephen. Stephen was very professional and courteous and asked plenty of questions to narrow down the vehicles to vehicle and was immediately met by Stephen. Best car buying experience I've had in years. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't want, e.g., extra warranty. Cost breakdown of the deal was very clear. I previously owned a Hyundai Sonata so I wished to stick with the same Make but newer Model. Noticed this location off the side of the road and went in the next day. Was greeting instantly after stepping with the same Make but newer Model. Noticed this location off the side of the road and went in the next day. Was greeting instantly after stepping out of my car, walked in, offered coffee and drinks for my daughter and wife. The sales man was extremely professional although a little pushy at times, however I feel if you are not savvy enough to talk a salesmans language and look past the pushy-ness, you shouldn't be car shopping alone. Marcus took care of my needs and I would recommend him! More

Mr. James was so helpful when me and my family came to Ron Carter Hyundai to look for a preowned Cadillac Escalade.
