I was greeted at the dealership by Marcus Austin. Once the trade-in evaluation was completed he found the vehicle I wanted, I test drove the vehicle. We discussed numbers, made an agreement and went to finance. When we first walked up the greeting made us feel right at home and made us feel very welcome. The knowledge that Charles provided about the car we were looking for was far beyond what we expected. He was very helpful and it did not take us long to figure out the car that we wanted and before we knew it we were already inside talking about pricing. This also was a very easy process and Charles was very helpful along the way. After we agreed on a price and signed papers Charles was very helpful in setting up the voice activation system in the car and activated my cell phone also so i could receive calls through my car. This was very helpful and helped us to get to know the car before we even left the lot. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and the car we bought and i want to personally thank Charles for all his help in making this experience a great one. More

I hope that this review is recognized by people and accepts this as "truth". Recently, my husband and I were in a situation where we were out to possibly buy a new car. Christian Karamitsos was the sales rep that we were put in contact with, and boy were we lucky! This man was a true gentleman!!!! We had visited a different dealership in the area only to become disregarded once a deal was pended! Feeling very poor about how we had been treated we decided to see what else was available to us. Christain took the time to hear our needs, discuss our concerns and worked very hard to obtain the loan we desired. Christain allowed us to take as much of his time as we needed to make a decision. Everything one can hope for in a salesperson was demonstrated by Christian and his fellow staff. Ron Carter's franchise is lucky to have an employee like Christian. I can assure you that when the time presents itself to make a car purchase it will be from Christian. After talking with Christian via email, we drove to Ron Carter to see if his deal was as good as he said it would be - and it was! Against the warnings of other dealerships in the area that it would be a waste of time, it was not. Christian was very prompt for our meeting time and had our selected car ready for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Santa Fe and quickly gave us a great overview of the vehicle. Our negotiation was almost painless and we were very pleased with the financing. Frank in the finance department was terrific! Very efficient in his paperwork. Overall Christian made the car buying experience more tolerable and he is a very knowledgeable salesperson - We would buy again from him. More

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Elantra limited. We looked online and found several models we liked. Zaman listened to what we had in mind and showed us the car we wanted. He went over the car in detail and we were very happy with the test drive. He took us over some back roads that werent the smoothest but the car handled it very well. We got a good feal for the car. He worked up the deal we were happy with. There was no pressure. Mike worked with us on the dreaded closing. Again no pressure trying to get us to buy something we did not want. The buying experience went very smoothly. The car was detailed and ready to roll. We are finding so many features in the car that we really like in a value packed car. More
Taylor stuck me as being an exceptional person. She is very honest and extremely professional. She listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to find the cars for us to test drive. We are completely sold on her abilities and expertise. The only negative is that we took in a gas card for $25 and we left without getting it. Is there a way to have that sent to us?
