Treon was very friendly and helpful. We had hoped to get a better deal for our trade-in, but overall we're happy with the new car. Sales/finance was extremely courteous, professional, helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the best prices on-line, but after running numbers with the salesman found out that they automatically add a ~3 yr interior/exterior cosmetic warranty package that ran around $2300. For moral/legal purposes they should have to post this information along with their prices. I did make the purchase, with the additional bumper-to-bumper warranty, spending ~$6k more than expected. I left with the car, but without paperwork which makes me uncomfortable. With luck, hopefully any issues with the car will be taken care of while under warranty. More
