Everyone at Ron Carter was super friendly! James was great to work with. He didn't try to force me into a car that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I also worked with Tony in finance. We bought a new Hyundai Tuscon for our daughter. We talked with Christian Karamitosis over the phone several times before we flew to Houston to make the purchase. When we arrived at the dealership he met us at our taxi & had our car ready to test drive. After our test drive he had the car detailed, paperwork ready, and we were able to drive home within a couple of hours. The whole process was smoothe and fast with no suprises. We would definately recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai. We would tell them to give Christian a call. The dealership as a whole made you feel very comfortable. I went to the dealership wanting to trade in my 2011 Sonata for a 2013 Santa Fe, and I was impressed with Tasos' friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. I got the price I wanted and was giv Sonata for a 2013 Santa Fe, and I was impressed with Tasos' friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. I got the price I wanted and was given a loaner vehicle until the exact vehicle I wanted was located, in a neighboring state. (Kudos to the Inventory Manager for making it happen!) I was also pleased with the straightforward experience with the Finance Manager. I’d never had such a stress-free experience, where everything was explained with great detail and I felt like I got the best deal and warranty possible. Before I left the dealership, Tasos was sure to explain all the vehicle features, and made sure I had his cell phone number in case I needed anything else. I would highly recommend Tasos Karamitsos and Ron Carter to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. More
