When I did the research for my new Genesis Coupe, this dealership had the best price online. So I drove down to Clear Lake and I found out that I had the wrong information from other sales person. I was even starting to think the process of dealing with car sales associates was not going to happen, till I sent an e-mail to Ron Carter Hyundia asking about a vehicle in their used car lot. I received a reply shortly , from Christian Karamistsos saying the car would be ready for a test drive, whenever I could get there. I had been riding my Harley-Davidson with friends and decided to stop by on the way home. Looking like a dirty biker and not a serious buyer I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundia. I was met by Christian Karamistsos , he gave me plenty of time to drive and check out the car, and without any high pressure sales pitches. I was not only impressed with the car, but with Christians demeanor. Long story short, I made an offer, it was accepted and I was driving the car the next day. Everyone at Ron Carter Hyundia made this a pleasant experience, especially Christian Karamistsos. I will return to Ron Carter Hyundia to buy my next car and Ill recommend the dealership and Christian to all my car buying friends. More

I flew in from out of town to purchase a car through Ron Carter Hyundai. They picked my wife and I up from the airport right when we landed. Gave us good and drink when we arrived at the dealership and began the process. We got to work with Christian, who was working his tail off to accommodate our every need however he could. He was working with at least 3 customers at once but yet we did not even notice because everything was running so smoothly. If you have a chance to test drive the turbo Veloster please do. It is such a smooth ride and we splurged a little bit and upgraded to it after the test drive. We had a great experience overall with Christian and he is a go getter. Someone that can make things happen for you. Very excited and I love my new ride. More

My car was on its last leg. I didn't know if it was going to start from one day to the next. I knew I had to get a new car asap. I went in to Ron Carter just to test drive a Tuscon to see if I liked it going to start from one day to the next. I knew I had to get a new car asap. I went in to Ron Carter just to test drive a Tuscon to see if I liked it. Sure enough I loved it! However, I wasn't ready to buy right then and there and the sales guy Marcus was just not taking no for an answer that day. When I walked out I knew I had to get me a Tuscon. So I did my research and even though I didn't like my first experience there I new that was the dealership I needed to go to for the best pricing. I researched the sales men and read tons of reviews. I was pleased with the reviews on one guy, Jim Holsen. So, I called and scheduled an appointment with him. I'm so glad I did. I told him my situation and he was so kind and listened to my every need. He was not pushy like a normal car salesman. I didn't feel forced to do something I wasn't ready for like my previous experience. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the product and his willing to actually listen to my concerns. He answered my questions and helped me find the best price. Jim was so amazing. He restored my excitment in buying a car. Once I had the keys to my car he showed me how to use everything, every button, and he told me what all the different possible lights that may show up on my dashboard meant. Jim made the car buying experience wonderful. Ask for Jim if you go to Ron Carter. More

My husband, son and I were in the dealership to buy our son a new car. The original salesman my husband spoke with was no longer with the dealership, but we were informed that Kilan would be taking care o son a new car. The original salesman my husband spoke with was no longer with the dealership, but we were informed that Kilan would be taking care of us. And boy did he. He stepped right in like he had been speaking with us for quite some time. He was very professional yet patient with us. He went above and beyond any salesperson I have ever dealt with, particularly a car salesman. Although he was somewhat new to the business, we never would have guessed it as he was very knowledgeable about the car, and the competitive brands. And he is a "straight-shooter" - he operates with integrity and answered all questions we had. He related well with us (as "parents") and with our son (18). I highly recommend this dealership and I definitely recommend Kilan as your salesperson. More

From the time I called to ask a question about the Santa Fe 3rd row seating until the time I signed the papers on the new purchase I was treated so good. I spoke with Jim Holsen and he told me the difference in the 2 models and I asked him to please have a 7 passenger model ready for a test drive that I was on my way and he was awesome. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. He took so much time and was so patient as my husband and I were looking and trying to decide which model to go with. I've never had a sales person like Jim and I have purchased many new vehicles. The entire dealership was so kind and made us feel like we mattered. More
