I worked with Stephen Payne exclusively during my 3 hour visit, he was courteous and professional, and listened to my requests carefully. Only near the end of the buying experience was I told by Stephen he would not receive credit for the sale because I was Ralph Mendoza's customer. I had initially been contacted by Mandy Galloway, who I had responded to before I left my home. After I was on the way to the dealer, another internet manager, Ralph Mendoza, sent an email saying he would pull the car that I had expressed interest in around for a test drive. I neither saw this email or Mr Mendoza during my 3 hour visit. And I did not purchase the vehicle I had expressed interest in. I was informed by Stephen that he would receive no credit for the sale, even though he did all the work. Because of my experience, management was willing to do whatever it took to guarantee my complete satisfaction. Ryan Martin the sales director contacted me and indicated that Stephen had made some mistakes. Stephen also contacted me and apologized for accidentally misleading me, it was only his second week at the dealership. Ron Carter Hyundai has a very large volume sales business, which contributes to their ability to offer value pricing. The consumer must be aware of current prices and be willing to negotiate a contract they are happy with. This dealership is ready to work with you to get you in a car you want. I was completely satisfied with Stephen Payne's service and attitude. I would like to add the finance manager I worked with did a good job during our thankfully brief interaction. More
