I flew in from San Antonio interested in buying the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Upon my arrival into Houston, I found out that the person I had been corresponding with had to leave on an emergency and I was Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Upon my arrival into Houston, I found out that the person I had been corresponding with had to leave on an emergency and I was transferred to another salesman. That salesman was Christian Karamitsos. Now, I was kind of hesistant because I had already discussed in detail with the previous salesman my vehicle purchase. When I met Christian, he made me feel at ease and was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions, demonstrated functions of the vehicle and got me the price that I was working on with the previous salesman. Christian even called the next day to check to make sure I made it home alright and continues to keep in contact to see if there are any issues he can help with. I am glad I went to Ron Carter's for my vehicle. Christian is the consumate professional and I would "DEFINITELY" recommend anyone who is buying a car from Ron Carter to seek out Christian. He truly symbolizes what customer service is all about. Wayne Herrington San Antonio TX More

He did not make me feel pressured in any way and as a matter of fact, made me feel as if i was the most important person in the dealership. First class customer service! After some issues that have been worked out to our satisfaction I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac. Our salesman called us about a beautiful Cadillac Srx that just came in on a trade. He ha satisfaction I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac. Our salesman called us about a beautiful Cadillac Srx that just came in on a trade. He had been keeping a eye out for the color and options we were hoping for. We did appreciate his eagle eye in helping us find a car we both loved. Very clean and accommodating Dealership. We were there on the weekend and they had a talented lady applying face makeup and making balloon animals and hats for all the kids. She was very sweet and made us balloon toys for our Grandkids. Very creative way to entertain the kids while prospective buyers find their dream car. Everyone was very friendly even though the dealership was quite busy. We were able to complete the deal and drive our beautiful car home right away. We are so happy to have found a car that we both found love. Thanks More

After seeing the e-price on the internet, myself and my son decided to buy a Veloster @ $16,200. As we were about to test drive the car, I asked about the price. Christian said that rebates are involved to son decided to buy a Veloster @ $16,200. As we were about to test drive the car, I asked about the price. Christian said that rebates are involved to get to the e-price. Looking at the website again, I do not see something like "price after all possible rebates". So We go to his office. I mention to him the e-price. we are here for the e-price. He goes off and come back in about 5 minutes or so. he says "I told my manage that you guys are here for the e-price. He approved it". So we were happy with that. Then he asks if we have a car to trade in. I say yes but I do not have it with me. So we made an appointment for the next day. When we got there the next day to deal with him about the car (left work early), he hand us to somebody else to show us the car and what have you. Then he disappear. 30 to 45 minutes later, the guy we are dealing with start talking about the price. i mention to him that we got approved for the e-price and that he can ask Christian. He goes and comeback with "you to qualify for the rebates" It turned out that Christian "the scam artist" was just pulling my leg to come back so he can haggle. It did not matter to him how much time and gas I waist coming from Sugar Land. I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau about how the dealership is presenting the price. More
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kilan and Marcus were great to work with. I went in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and since they did not have one on the lot, they Kilan and Marcus were great to work with. I went in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and since they did not have one on the lot, they went out and found me one. I've been to other dealerships and they would not even lift a finger to punch a few computer keys to locate one. Eventually they found one and brought (300 miles) it to their lot. I appreciate the help Kilan Anderson & Marcus Austin gave me. If I have to buy another car I'll be looking them up at Ron Carter Hyundai. More
After finding the vehicle I was searching for on Ron Carters website, I contacted them via email and completed a credit app. I tried to get as much done either via email or telephone as we live over 300 Carters website, I contacted them via email and completed a credit app. I tried to get as much done either via email or telephone as we live over 300 MILES away. We finally made the long drive to the dealership on Saturday. Ralph greeted us and went and brought the Ford F-150 up to the front of the building. I then went over the truck and saw that the tires and wheels were not what was on the truck in the photos on the website. Ralph stated that the trucks OEM wheels had been stolen off of the truck and we replaced them with these. I have no issues with the new wheels and tires aside from the photos are misleading and show OEM wheels, when the replacements are from a different trim level of F-150. While sitting in the showroom, a pair of Asian Guys come in and start screaming at everyone and bowing up to salesmen. Apparently, the vehicle they were coming for was sold or something. I felt extremely uncomfortable in that dealership with this. They were right up in everyones faces making threats. What if they were armed or came after my family? We were sitting right next to them! Stop screwing over people and perhaps this behavior will not be present! God help that dealership if they would have touched my family. My wife nearly had a panic attack from this incident. Did Ron Carters care..... xxxx no. After taking a test drive, we went in to negotiate the price and do paperwork. I told Ralph that the price was a bit steep considering the mileage on the vehicle as well as the change in parts that was not shown on the website. Also, the description on the website shows several features on the truck that it does not actually have. After about 3 hours they finally come back and advise that the finance company needs a letter sent over from my employer explaining why I was out of work for a few months on medical. I tell them that they could have notified me of this before I drive 300 miles as it is a weekend and would be very challenging to get my boss to type up a letter and send it. I then advised them to call me if they could figure it out as I was not sitting in their dealership all day spinning wheels in the mud. A while later we spoke with another person over the phone who advised that they were going to contact the finance company directly and explain the reason for the medical leave to clarify any questions. This was done at about 12:00 p.m. Several hours went by with no call from the dealership. We called back several times, and low and behold, no one was available to help. Numerous messages were left and finally at about 5:30 p.m. I spoke with a manager. Anthony advised that we still needed a letter from my employer and once they received it, the company would call my employer to verify the letter. Ok, fine and dandy. WHY could no one tell me this exact thing 5 hours earlier? Now it is too late to get a hold of my boss at home and have him email something over. They knew that we came from Baton Rouge, yet drug this out until it was too late in the day. They are now claiming that the vehicle is on hold for me until next Saturday since I am approved pending the letter and verification. OOOOK, if this truck is on hold, then why is it back out front on the used lot? IF it is on hold, wouldn't it be parked in the back? To make it even better, I checked their website today to see if the truck is still listed, WHICH IT IS. Also, the price has INCREASED. What the F***. They increased the vehicles Retail price to make their "Sale" price appear better. Now, IF I decide to have my boss send the letter to them, I have to drive another 300 miles back down to freakin Houston to get the vehicle. They aren't paying my fuel or time. All they are doing is increasing the price on the truck, which is xx. I have started looking at other dealerships that have similar trucks for LESS MONEY and LESS MILES with good customer service. I will drive even further if need be just to get the respect I deserve as a customer. I feel as though I was treated like dirt at Ron Carters. What can I say..... Poor customer service, lies about pricing and equipment, refusal to return calls. More
