I went online and researched the prices for the Hyundai Sonata and looked at the different dealer’s web pages to see what was being advertised for the end of the quarter in June. Ron Carter Hyundai had th Sonata and looked at the different dealer’s web pages to see what was being advertised for the end of the quarter in June. Ron Carter Hyundai had the best prices of any of the other dealerships in the surrounding area. I stopped by during the week for about 15 minutes and was met by Stephen Payne who is one of the sales representatives. Steve knew the Sonata inside and out as well as the competition. I told Steve I would be back that weekend with my car title and see if we could make a deal. When I arrived Saturday, Steve remembered me and my name. Steve is a great sales person and he worked hard to get my business. I also worked with the Sales Manager and was very impressed with him and his attitude to see this deal through to the end to my satisfaction. Steve was there to work with me and my wife to get the best deal possible. I did buy the Sonata and I am very glad I did buy from Ron Carter. There were a lot of little things that Steve did to make me feel welcome and that my business and my time were important. I had a great experience with no pressure, thanks Steve. More
