Israel was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I didn't have any intention on purchasing the veloster that evening, but did so cause I didn't feel pressured, how you often times can feel when me. Sales/finance was extremely courteous, professional, helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the best prices on-line, but after running numbers with the salesman found out that they automatically add a ~3 yr interior/exterior cosmetic warranty package that ran around $2300. For moral/legal purposes they should have to post this information along with their prices. I did make the purchase, with the additional bumper-to-bumper warranty, spending ~$6k more than expected. I left with the car, but without paperwork which makes me uncomfortable. With luck, hopefully any issues with the car will be taken care of while under warranty. More

We recently visited Ron Carter Hyundai in Clear Lake to look at cars for our daughter. I chose Ron Carter because of research I had done on the internet. The minute we drove onto the lot, Kilan Anderson gr look at cars for our daughter. I chose Ron Carter because of research I had done on the internet. The minute we drove onto the lot, Kilan Anderson greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the hyundai elantra and took us out for a test drive right away. We had been looking at this car for quite some time and thinking about purchasing one. Kilan made us feel like we were totally making the right decision and made everything easy and fun for us. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Kilan Anderson to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

The Discount Price is a Scam! What a bunch of con-artists! They focus on the quantity of their sales, definitely not the quality. I drove 200+ miles to Ron Carter because Veronica told me that con-artists! They focus on the quantity of their sales, definitely not the quality. I drove 200+ miles to Ron Carter because Veronica told me that I would receive the "Online Discount Price," just over $13K, and never mentioned any conditions on that price. When I got to the dealership, Veronica pawned my sale off onto Anthony, who eventually informed me that the great "Discount Price" is actually a laundry list of about 10 conditional rebates! It is virtually impossible for anyone to qualify for them all. Because I wasn't in the military, hadn't recently received my Bachelors Degree, wasn't paying with an obscure credit card, wasn't making disability modifications to the vehicle, etc...he told me I could not receive the "Discount Price" & would be charged the standard price - nearly $19K! After they got done adding on fees, my drive-out price would have been over $24K! Getting the final price from these people was like pulling teeth, and at various points, Anthony belittled my concerns about the cost and insulted my wife. My trip to Houston would have been wasted had I not secured a fair price from a more ethical Hyundai dealership in the area. Take my advice - do not trust this place! More

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this was by far the most satisfying. Armando is the most kind and polite salesman I have ever met. I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Ron Carter Hyundai. 3 Santa Fes , and my newest, a Sonata. Everytime I would have to take me Santa Fe to be serviced I would be provided with a Sonata. I would say my ne 3 Santa Fes , and my newest, a Sonata. Everytime I would have to take me Santa Fe to be serviced I would be provided with a Sonata. I would say my next car is going to be a Sonata. I went in just to look and see what we could make happen. My saleperson, Armondo De Los Santos, was excellant. Very freindly and courteous. Needless to say I walked out with a new 2013 Sonata that I love. I would recommend Ron Carter Hyundai to all my friends and family. Thanks Armondo!!!!!!!! More
