Ron Carter is a great dealership and I love to bring my business there! I had a 2009 Accent hatchback and was ready for something bigger. I haven't purchased a new vehicle in 13 years but after my experience at Ron Carter Hyundai I can't wait to buy another. James Teng met me at the door with a friendly smile and a warm handshake - made me feel very comfortable. We sat down and discussed what I was driving, what I was interested in, and my expectations. He really listened. Of course I wanted it all -- comfort, quiet ride, leather, back up camera, fast and sporty, good fuel economy, and of course I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I wanted everything --- and I got it. I traded in my 4 cylinder SUV that sounded like a lawnmower but got great mpg for a Santa Fe Sport. I get the same mpg but now when I step on the gas I go--it's great!! I thought I wanted the Tucson but James suggested I look at the Santa Fe because he said it would meet all my needs and he was absolutely correct. The best advice I can give to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle -- Go see James at Ron Carter Hyundai -- simply the best. More

Recently I have decided to look for a new car but have had some bad experiences at other dealerships therefore expected to go in for a long wait and probably not a deal I wanted. However, my experience was actually not just painless but pleasant. I was constantly informed about the stage we were in so I felt the time went by quicker and I knew what to expect each step of the way. I would not only suggest people use Ron Carter but emplore people to give them a try. Much of the great experience was due to Mr. Sosa who made sure I was comfortable, checked on me throughout the process if he was not directly with me. It may be a while before I need a new car since I just bought one but I know that I will return when I need one. On top of everything, I believe I also received a great deal for the money and an excellent, safe and reliable automobile. More
