Anthony Merchant was my sales person on the purchase of a new Santa Fe. This man has the patience of no other person I have ever seen. He spent the whole day with me. I looked at almost every car on the lot and had him going back forth for keys all day. He never batted an eye. I was really undecided as to what I wanted and he asked the right questions to get me to where I could make a decision on what suited my needs best. He worked very hard on getting me to where I needed to be on my payments and the deal went smooth. I would highly recommend Anthony to any of my friends and family. I will be going back to him for my next car. More

Our salesperson at Ron Carter was very personable and knowledgable. Knew the product well. The company was willing to negotiate and in the end we were able to settle on an agreed price. This was the ABSOLUTE most easy experience of buying a car. I am a first time car buyer and did not feel intimidated or overwhelmed by Christian Karamitsos or Sosa. Christian recognized what my car need car. I am a first time car buyer and did not feel intimidated or overwhelmed by Christian Karamitsos or Sosa. Christian recognized what my car needs were and addressed them efficiently, thoroughly, and respectfully. He made car buying easy and I felt like I was getting the best deal. He stayed within our budget and negotiated a price. If you go to Ron Carter, I recommend requesting Christian, well worth it! I had a rental car at the time and he even took care of the return and sent me the receipt. I feel that the customer service, honesty, and team work at Ron Carter (demonstrated through Christian) is amazing. When we purchase our next car, we will definitely be going to Ron Carter and working with Christian again. More

I had an amazing experience at Ron Carter Hyundai. Before I went I called and Veronica was very polite snd professional. She made sure the car I was interested in was available to see. When I arrived, a Hyun I went I called and Veronica was very polite snd professional. She made sure the car I was interested in was available to see. When I arrived, a Hyundai employee approached me and asked who I was here to see while I was still in the parking lot . He opened the door for me and offered me water. I got the royal treatment. I met Veronica and she informed me that Scott will be taking care of me cause she was with a customer. She made sure i was in good hands. When i met Scott he asked me questions about What car i was interested in and made sure that i would get the best deal for a Hyundai Elantra GS. Scott didn't have the car i wanted in stock, so he went out of his way to find one. The car arrived in 3 days and it's exactly what I asked for. Scott was very professional, polite, and a great sales person. If you are interedted i a Hyundai go to Ron Carter Hyundai in Friendswood and ask for Scott or Veronica. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have given this awesome rate because when my husband and I walked into Ron Carter and saw how busy it was we walked back out to go look at Veloster. Then James Teng walked behind us greeting us asking i and I walked into Ron Carter and saw how busy it was we walked back out to go look at Veloster. Then James Teng walked behind us greeting us asking if he could help. I inform James that I found a Veloster on Autotrader so he went to go look for it. While waiting James brought us some bottle water and ask if we would like a hot dog. While waiting my husband and I saw the Veloster on Autotrader drive off. James comes back saying that vehicle has been sold, but has something way better. James escorted us outside and showed us a really, really nice Veloster with everything in it and all I can think was I know I can't afford this, but I was wrong. James Teng was an awesome salesman and for the first time I enjoyed buying a car especially the one I wanted. I give James Teng an AAAA++++++ and will always go to him when I need another car and will refer others to him too. Stephen Payne was great too. The XM satellite rail subscription expired in my car and he go his general manager to renew it because my car was new to me. I thank him for that. Thanks Ron Carter for hiring the Awesome James Teng and Stephen Payne. More
