We knew what car we wanted and there was no hasstle or haggling. Lisandro was very helpful and never pressured us into something we didn't want. He listened to what we wanted and delivered! Excellent Customer service provided from the time we walked in until the time we left. Everything was taken care of up to and including programming our phones to the Bluetooth. I had a great experience while shopping for a new car at Ron Carter Hyundai. My sales person was Scott Sanders. He was awesome, especially seeing how intimidated I was about buying a new car as I was hassle Ron Carter Hyundai. My sales person was Scott Sanders. He was awesome, especially seeing how intimidated I was about buying a new car as I was hassled by two previous dealerships, McDavid Nissan on Gulf Freeway and Texas Auto on Texas 3. I missed an entire workday dealing with Larry at Texas Auto AFTER being approved and filling out all the paperwork. In addition, I wasted another few hours with McDavid Nissan and Bianca Fernandez, a sales manager, and one of the sales persons lying about what they could do after I explicitly told them to not waste my time before traveling there. At this point, you can only image, that I was not up to dealing with another dealership. So, back to Ron Carter and Scott, my magnificent sales person. I had inquired about a few cars on their Web site the night prior to my purchase. On the following morning, I received a voice-mail and an email from Scott introducing his self and offering to setup an appointment to test drive the cars I had requested more information on. Around 1 P.M. that afternoon, I contacted Scott back to see if I could come into the dealership after work even though I was driving 45 minutes to get there, after 7 pm. He said sure and offered to set up an appointment time but I refused because I was not sure if I would make it. In addition, I had already been hassled by pushy sales people elsewhere, BUT Scott was not. He accepted my "No" and just advised me to let him know closer to the time if I could make it or not make it by 8 pm. I did not call, I just hopped in the car and drove there. I arrived approximately 10-15 minutes prior to closing (8:45-8:50 P.M.). I was greeted by a different sales person who gladly called Scott for me and seated me at Scott's desk. Scott came to assist me IMMEDIATELY. I explained to him that I was in desperate need for a car since mine was totaled. Scott then asked me what do I want in a car and went over my options. He then took me out and showed me the cars. We then deliberated on which car was more suitable for me. I.e., features, size, etc. I test drove the one I wanted. We discussed financing in which I was set on using my own finance company. He asked if I wanted to try their finance company to see if I could get a lower interest rate. I refused but then realized that it would not hurt me seeing I was already approved for a different finance company as back up regardless of there decision. He in fact did help me get a lower interest rate. He submitted what I wanted to finance. Scott was very caring during the entire visit. From ensuring the car was warm to getting me the best price to consistently asking me if there was anything I needed while waiting on approval and finance. After being in the dealership for an hour and a half, I was given approval for a new car. Scott went over everything and made sure I was okay with the finance charges, overall cost of car, etc., before I made the decision to purchase the car. Not long after, I was off to finance in which I spoke with Roddger to finalize my paperwork. A little after 10 P.M., I was on my way out the door with Scott to instruct me on how to operate different features in my new car. I thought that was really nice of him, especially seeing that it was then over 2 hours past closing. On the next morning, I received an email from Scott asking how do I like my new car and if there was anything I needed. I love that he was not the typical pushy dealership sales person. I did not feel force to do anything that I did not want to do. His personality and presence made me vary comfortable. He was not uptight but rather funny. Most of all, I feel he is a great sales person. He was very authoritative on making decisions which exuded confidence and knowledge. He was not running around with co-salesmen trying to decide on a deal for me. He was very direct and professional. If I ever have to purchase a car again, Scott will definitely be my guy. I've bragged endlessly about him. He's definitely a keeper. A week later, the sales manger, Angela (I think that is her name...sorry), called to ensure I was treated well while doing business with them. She was very courteous and polite. She asked question about my new car and my sales person. She also offered future services (oil change) at a discounted rate for purchasing with them which I thought was great. To make the purchase even better, I received a box of gourmet cookies from the General Manager, Anthony Hewitt, on yesterday thanking me for my business. I think that had to me the icing on the cake for me. It definitely made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to go to Ron Carter to purchase a car. I will definitely purchase my next car from there as well. THANK YOU SCOTT SANDERS!!!!! More

I went to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a 2013 Sonata SE for my son. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Sonata SE at a great price. Stephen Payne did everything to get me to a comfortable payment. I appreciated the time spent on making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and working with me to make sure my trip from the Spring/Tomball area wasn't a disappoinment. James Teng was patient in explaining everything about the car to us prior to the test drive up to driving the car off the lot with it. I really appreciated the professionalism I experienced at Ron Carter. Also, we loved Elvis!!! More
