Totaled my car on Monday. Had done some research on what I wanted and went to drive the Elantra GT. Johnny was very knowledgeable about the car and the warranties associated with it. He understood that I had to drive my due diligence and drive the other car on my list. I ended up coming back to Ron Carter and working with Johnny to get the car. After negotiating the deal, we signed the paperwork and I was on my way. The staff at the dealership went above and beyond when I discovered I'd misplaced my rental car keys. I had several people looking for them. Turned out I left them in the back of the Elantra when I was checking out the hatch area. Great service and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Ron Carter Hyundai. More
