My overall experience at Ron Carter Hyundai in Friendswood, was a very pleasant opportunity. I drove onto the lot in doubt that I would be able to finance a truck at the price I wanted. When I l Friendswood, was a very pleasant opportunity. I drove onto the lot in doubt that I would be able to finance a truck at the price I wanted. When I located the dodge truck, I found online, the man walked over and introduced himself to me. His name was John Miller. I was not to sure if I wanted to talk with anyone because I didn't think they would be able to get me financed. John told me not to worry and to let him do the hard work so I did not have to stress. Needless to say, he was right. John did not only get me in a truck that I now love, but also got me at a lower price than I expected. I would recommend anyone to John. John and the finance team was able to get me finance with a decent interest rate. I didnt need to put any money down, and I drove off the lot in my truck in just under two hours. The reason I recommend Ron Carter is not because of whT they did for me, but because they concentrated on me and not trying to rake in several deals at once causing me to wait for hours while they delt with more than one customer. I can't say enough good things about this dealership! It was so much better than any other (from budget to luxury brands) I have ever visited that I wanted to review it. Everyone I dealt with was nice, very knowledgeable and attentive without being aggressive. Ladies, if you've ever walked into a dealership and been treated either like you were an idiot/pushover or like you were looking for a date then you know what I mean and can appreciate this! My salesman Tasos was a real standout and found me exactly what I was looking for even though it turned out to be a bit more trouble for him instead of trying to sell me what he thought I should have. I also worked with Christian during the process & he was great, too. I love my Sonata and got it at a very fair price, plus they offer loaner cars when you set up service appointments. If you're looking to buy a new car then stop by this dealership & see how much better it is than anywhere else! Completely a five-star experience. More
