First time car buyer i have have to say i had a great experience. I talked to Christian on Tuesday about coming over the weekend. Once i arrived at the dealership a gentlemen showed me to his office. Christian got some keys and we were off for a test drive. He was very informative on the vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership he quickly got the paperwork together and got it off for approval. I did research on there website before visiting and had my bank loan ready...so when I arrived I met with Tasos my sales person and we got to it right away but then he informed me that they would be able t my bank loan ready...so when I arrived I met with Tasos my sales person and we got to it right away but then he informed me that they would be able to beat my banks interest rates and sure enough they did and so we made a deal and we were able to get my payments were I wanted ...will go back again.. Ron Carter Hyundai had a pleasant hospitable environment, they had cold bottled water, coffee/cappuccino, popcorn, and hot dogs available. The staff was helpful and and informative. They made the car buying experience bearable and strangely pleasant. I had researched the price on line and at another dealership, they could not come close to the deal I received from Ron Carter. Jarred, our salesman, delivered the car to my daughter's work, placed a large red bow on the top and called her to come while I videoed. It was an awesome surprise!!!!
