First time car buyer and the process was as smooth as it can get. I was in and out in 2.5 hours. Usually people are wearly when it comes to buying a new car. This sales team made buying a car feel like a breeze. I was greeted by Dave as I approached the dealership. He was very helpful in locating the vehicles I was interested in viewing. He promptly got the keys for the vehicles and spent the time to go over the di was very helpful in locating the vehicles I was interested in viewing. We took it on test drive the first day. I wasn't quite ready to buy at the time. Dave contacted me the following day thanking me for stopping by, and asked if I had any other questions. I told him I what I was interested in, and we set up an appointment to look at the vehicles. When I got to the dealership, Dave had the cars ready to test drive. After the test drive, Dave and I sat down, and worked out a great price in a very short time. Throughout the process various other managers came by to make me feel welcome with the whole buying experience. More

Our 2011 Elantra was in a total loss in a collision. The vehicle protected us and we were impressed with the safety features.
