Gary Crow was our salesman & he was very professional, friendly & courteous throughout our purchase. Before going out on a test drive he informed us about certain features on the Sonata Hyb professional, friendly & courteous throughout our purchase. Before going out on a test drive he informed us about certain features on the Sonata Hybrid. He also told us about other features of the car during the test drive. We were very impressed about all the information he gave us. He also told us that we probably wouldn't remember everything but to feel free to call him with any questions. We got what we wanted on our Elantra that we traded in. It took negotiating on the purchase price of the Sonata but overall it was a great price. John Hewitt in financing explained everything he was doing & is a great asset there. Another person who also was very helpful was Rudi Garcia. Alexis Camarillo ,our salesperson was very professional , knowledgeable and courteous, during the test drive he explain all the features that the car had. When I explained to him that the car was a little ou knowledgeable and courteous, during the test drive he explain all the features that the car had. When I explained to him that the car was a little out of my price range Alexis and the dealership worked with me on getting the car to the price I need and more features than I thought I could afford. A very good car buying experience, a first time I had a dealership listen and work with me to get what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me, Would highly recommend them to friends and family. Veronica answered my internet inquiry. She emailed me, called and text me. When I walked in the door at Clear Lake Hyundai, it was really busy. I had a great experience working with Alexis. Being a first time buyer was a little intimidating, but Alexis made everything so easy and really helped me out. I was looking for a car that would be new to me, I didn't think I could get a brand new car. With the help of Alexis I was able to get a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that only had 1 owner before myself. This made me extremely happy, I was there for a few hours but the end result was well worth it. I definitely recommend going to Ron Carter Hyundai if you're ever looking for a new or used car. Make sure you ask for Alexis Camarillo, he explains everything so well and is extremely helpful. More

My wife and wife went by Ron Carter on Saturday, February 8th. The dealership was very busy. There was an Elvis impersonator providing entertainment and the dealership provided hot dogs and beverages for wai 8th. The dealership was very busy. The atmosphere was very, very friendly and seemed centered towards making the car viewing, purchasing or leasing as pleasant an experience as possible. Our salesperson was Sosa and what I liked about him was his total professionalism and crafting the deal we wanted rather than "selling us". We purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Elantra. The finance person we spoke to gave us many options to choose from was a total professional as well. After the sale, Sosa pointed out some prep items on the vehicles and arranged for those items to be done and provided a loaner vehicle at no charge. My 2004 Saab kept braking down and I needed a new vehicle. I was referred to Tasos Karamitos of the Ron Carter Hyundai ad he was absolutely awesome! Even though I could not afford the car I wanted, vehicle. I was referred to Tasos Karamitos of the Ron Carter Hyundai ad he was absolutely awesome! Even though I could not afford the car I wanted, Tastos allowed me to see the numbers. Afterwards, he suggested something within my budget and the car was just as extravagant! Nice man, nice mangers, nice place! The dealership provided lunch, fun and games plus, I played the money machine since I bought a brand new vehicle! Thank you Ron Carter for getting me a good deal and trade in on my new Hyundai Elantra. Tasos Karamitos in sales helped me with the whole process and got me a fair trade in value on my older Hyundai.
