All persons we dealt with were quite friendly and helpful. Jarred was very patient with me as I was trying to choose between 2 cars and colors. After having done the research on buying a new car, we settled on a Hyundai Genesis for the features and the value. Then we researched the dealers in the Houston area, and decided to try Ron Carter Hyunda settled on a Hyundai Genesis for the features and the value. Then we researched the dealers in the Houston area, and decided to try Ron Carter Hyundai as the starting point, who seem to offer the most competitive price. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by Sosa L. who worked with us on coming up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. It took some doing, and give-and-take on their and our parts, but eventually we reached a deal that both sides can live with. Throughout the process, Sosa was always patient, polite and cordial. We also traded in our old car, and they gave us a brand new Genesis as a loaner car to use for a week, while waiting for the new car to arrive. When we picked up the car, Sosa walked us through the use of all the features, and helped us set up the Bluetooth link to my iPhone. Compared to past experience buying a car, we are quite happy with our dealing with Sosa. We'd recommend Sosa at Ron Carter Hyundai to anyone anytime. More

Israel Salazar helped me pick out a car for my grandson. He got me what I wanted at a price I could afford. He also drove me in the car over to where my grandson was working so he could take a peek at it a He got me what I wanted at a price I could afford. The financial person was also extra nice because sometimes I have found them to be intimidating and he wasn't at all. Mary Yount helped me when I inquired over the internet. I talked to her a couple of times before I came in. The whole experience was exceptional and my grandson loves his new Hyundai Elantra! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Al "Big Al" Kelley is a great asset to this dealership!!! However, We encountered great sales and finance assistance from Tony in finance as well. This dealership is not like those "other" de dealership!!! However, We encountered great sales and finance assistance from Tony in finance as well. This dealership is not like those "other" dealerships where you get 5 sales people at your window ready with business card in hand as you pull up. It feels kinda like family in a sense. They do treat you with kindness and try every aspect to help you. They have great options and programs and customer appreciation type plus'. Just ask. If your not sure of an answer to a question...
