Fastest buy I have ever completed! Miles was very professional while also making us feel at ease. While our short wait on paperwork there was plenty of free food/snacks for us to enjoy and my 5 year professional while also making us feel at ease. It was refreshing having Miles as a sales person who was not to pushy and seemed to listen more than talk. I wish him lots of luck and will recommend him to our large family and friends! P.S. The experience with Alexis Camarillo was good. The young salesman immediately met us outside and showed us the models we were looking for. The test drive went quite well along with the negotiations. We finished up the deal with Tony the finance person and were satisfied with the way that everything was handled. I would recommend Alexis the salesperson to our friends wholeheartedly. We already knew the product because we had purchased a Sonata in the past and were completely satisfied with the vehicle and looked forward to owning a second one. The only black eye for Ron Carter was the person who kept us waiting as my wife was fortunate enough to go for the cash in the glass enclosure that was in the showroom. This person then proceeded to behave rudely and treated my wife and I with no respect and completely ignored us. I would not come back to Ron Carter Hyundai when a client is treated in this manner but the reason I would return is because of the salesperson. There should not have been any reason for us to have been treated like we were by that manager especially when we just completed purchasing a new 2014 vehicle from the Ron Carter Dealership. The date of this unfortunate occurrence was March 21st. Thank you Alexis for a job well done and Tony on the financial side for his assistance in the closing of the purchase. When it came down to it, the dealership gave me an offer for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was $1500+ less than another Hyundai dealership in Houston. This sales man were the worse experience so far for my family in buying a car. We waited for over an hour, they did not ever offer us water and did not apologize for the wait. They walked pass by over ten family in buying a car. We waited for over an hour, they did not ever offer us water and did not apologize for the wait. They walked pass by over ten times and did not say a word. We thought they were just busy, then one came we filled the papers, then got switch for another sales person and switching desks too. When finally they came with the keys for a test drive another sales man said " Who is driving my car?, Why is out here? I need my keys? but he was talking in reference to the car that we went for a test drive. Really, that is the way that you guys conduct business.??? After all the hours that we wait we left without buying the car for poor customer service a bad treatment. More
