I was looking for a new vehicle that is economically and environmentally friendly. While I was disappointed that the advertised price was not what I was eligible for (I didn't qualify for some of the discounts), I was SO happy with the service. To begin, the sales manager called me to see if I was being helped because the computer system showed I was checked in but hadn't been helped according to it. That he wanted to make sure I'd been assisted was awesome. When we decided on a vehicle for me, Francisco and Mike took care of explaining everything to us and worked with my budget. Storm was excellent at explaining the financial paperwork because frankly, I was mentally drained at this point! I highly recommend this dealership as they treated me like I mattered, unlike ANY dealership I've ever been to. They work with you, have excellent deals, and excellent customer service. They have a customer for life! More

We got an ad in the mail that was an offer for our current truck, which brought us all the way out to Clear Lake to come and check out Hyundai after being completely Chevrolet for the past decade or s current truck, which brought us all the way out to Clear Lake to come and check out Hyundai after being completely Chevrolet for the past decade or so. On arrival, the value was lowered from the mail offer, but financing made up for it almost completely. Given an informative test drive for the Sonata Hybrid, we went for it and drove off after a day of consideration of a Genesis the day before. We were treated amicably and with negotiable pricing, however, there was a failure to explain additional charges that would be added on to the monthly payment before going into financing, which was misleading. Overall, I would recommend both Johnny Gomez and Paul Jones for sticking with us up until the moment we drove off the lot. More

Throughout my experience I had the pleasure of two sales associates working to get me the exact model I desired for the price I agreed to. The GM also stepped up to make sure I was taken care of after my purchase. I have to admit, I had my doubts but this dealership ended up leaving a pleasant taste in my mouth.
