Compared to an Alvin dealer Ron Carter Hyundai was head and shoulders above with respect to honest, clear communications and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Sales Scam I contacted their internet sales manager Jim Holsen because of the great price of $6900 off of MSRP which would include about $3500 of rebates that wa I contacted their internet sales manager Jim Holsen because of the great price of $6900 off of MSRP which would include about $3500 of rebates that was advertised on Autotrader. It was going to be a long drive down to Houston from Dallas but the I thought the savings was worth it. Over the next the next couple of weeks I tried to get them to send me a purchase order so I could come down and buy the car. Instead they would totally ignor my calls and emails. When I did get a hold of them they would say they would call me back but then never did. Finally I did some research and found out that they have had deceptive trade practices filed against them with the state of Texas, have tons of negative reviews on Yelp, google etc and their BBB rating is a "D". Bottom line is they try to get you down there with a low ball quote and then of course switch the price. Do yourself a favor and run from these crooks. Buy from someone who will give you an honest quote and return your phone calls. More

We made the decision on the Sonata. Paul followed us through every step of the way. Before we left in our new car he made sure my wife knew what every single button in the car did and how to use everything. I knew what I was looking for, a black car with a black It was a pleasure to purchase our new 2014 Hyundai Elantra LTD from Paul Jones at Ron Carter. I knew what I was looking for, a black car with a black leather interior. I found they had one online, I emailed them and they got right back in touch with me. During the test drive they helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth system in the car, no other dealer I had been to did that with me, then they let me have an extended test drive. They were always respectful of my time, and that was very different as well. At other dealers there was a lot of waiting around, but not at Ron Carter. They were straight with me about pricing and walk-out price, which was also something I had an issue with at other dealers. Someone at the dealership has obviously read "The Checklist Manifesto." This is a plus. They have a checklist for everything to ensure they meet your needs. This is indeed refreshing! More
