Disappointed I purchased a vehicle on December 19th, 2013 and have yet to receive the tags and it is April 25, 2014. I just requested another paper tag that will be good until the end of June. I was told they will put the tags in the mail to me today BUT I was also assured with the last paper tag that expired on April 22nd that I would get my tags before it expired. Seems to me business is not managed well. Crazy that I got the title in the mail 3 weeks ago. I should have just taken that to the courthouse & taken care of it myself!!! More

Misrepresentation; Fraud Signed paperwork and wrote check for a used truck on Thursday 04/17/14. They presented me with a car fax about the vehicle 04/17/14. Made arrangements to pick up on 04/23/14 only to find that the truck had been sold to someone else 04/22/14. 04/23/14 Spent 5 hours trying to get someone to return my phone call and found out it really was sold. Went to dealership today 04/24/14 and spoke to Frank Luna who was rude and showed no remorse to the way I was treated or my situation. Was told that the truck was found to have a transmission problem, which was a lie because another person already told me yesterday that the truck was sold to someone else. I have over 10 years experience as a mechanic, and brought another mechanic with me when I test drove the truck 04/17/14. There was no transmission problem and the truck was sold "AS IS". The vehicles are supposed to be checked out before they are placed for used car sales lot not after someone has paid their money to purchase it. I spent 4 hours to get there and back from my home twice and spent 4 hours at the dealership 04/17/14 making the deal. All Frank Luna could respond to my statements was "that's your opinion". He felt they did no wrong. He said that they were a reputable company and could not sale me a bad truck. They are far from reputable! I would never consider doing business with them or refer anyone there. To me this is fraud!! What is even worse is that if I would not have called yesterday, I would not have found out that the truck was already sold before arriving there. Nobody was considerate enough to inform me until I called and then they scattered and nobody would return my call. You are crazy to do business with this dealership! This is the type dealership that gives car salesmen their bad reputation as shady. More

We've purchased all three from different Hyundai dealerships, this being the third. Out of the three, Ron Carter was by far the best experience we've had. My husband and I did most of our research for the car we wanted online before going to any dealership for a test drive. We contacted a sales representative, Bryan Bittick, who was courteous and answered all of our questions. We knew exactly what car we wanted and met with Bryan for a test drive. He didn't try to sell us on anything else. Took us straight to the car we asked for. He did a very fair job of working with us on the price to make sure we were happy and got the car we wanted. The financing was quick and painless. We got to drive our new car home that night. We've had the car for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. The dealership has sent a few care packages, including an entire car care and cleaning kit. Overall, the experience we have had with this dealership is well worth the five star rating! Everyone there made us feel welcome and were a friendly bunch. The care packages in the mail were a nice touch and reminder of how much they appreciate our business. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
