My sales person Maryann Estrada was as nice as she could be. She walked me through the trade in agreement and purchasing procedure from beginning to end and I drove away getting everything I wanted. The sales staff there are very friendly and I was very happy with my experience at the dealership. When I went in to pick up my licence plates Maryann was not not in but a very friendly salesman Tasos Karamitsos went to find them for me and even went the extra mile to install them for me. He did not have to do that, ... but I'm so glad he did. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Ron Carter Clear Lake to anyone without any hesitation. Michael Segura More

I was, however, i thought my credit was too bad to get another car especially a new one. Together they gave me a great overview of what was available and managed to persuade me to lease my second Santa Fe. Makin' it happen! We went in to test drive a new Hyundai Accent. The car exceeded our expectations for being a small hatchback. When we sat down and talked numbers with James Teng it was more that what we were looking to pay. After laying it out there of what we wanted to pay, they were able to make it happen. During the process, James kept spirits up by joking with us and once we got to financing, the finance man was laughing it up with us as well. It was an overall good experience for us and nice to have the employees being so friendly and trying to make us feel at home. More
They are more interested in arguing than selling I tried for over an hour just to get them to give me a price. They wouldn't even talk to me until I signed a paper saying I would buy a car they hit I tried for over an hour just to get them to give me a price. They kept arguing with me saying I wasn't committed. I really tried to just get one price out of them and never could. I finally walked out very frustrated. I have bought many cars in my life and I've never had a worse experience with a dealer. More
Worse Dealership First the salesman lied about options he said the dealership installed after the car was taken in as a trade and tried to charge me $2400 for options First the salesman lied about options he said the dealership installed after the car was taken in as a trade and tried to charge me $2400 for options that were clearly not done to the car. After I left the dealership with the car, it took just under three months to get my plates and registration. I had called and emailed at least a dozen times. Most called and emails went unanswered until I sent a complaint to the TXDMV. The dealership charged me for a state inspection, which they never preformed and never refunded the money since I had to get an independent inspection after driving the car illegally for almost 3 months. This has to be the absolute worse dealership I have ever been to and will never consider doing business there again. And I strongly recommend anyone looking a vehicle there, look for the vehicle at a different dealership and save yourself all the aggravation. These guys are the ones that give car salespeople bad names. More
