This dealership is knowledgeable, I recently purchased my 2014 Hyundai Sonata at Ron Carter Hyundai and this was my 3rd purchase from this dealership! This dealership is knowledgeable, friendly and overall provides a very enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience. My sales person Miles Walker was very kind, helpful and worked really hard to get my fiancé and I the best deal possible on our purchase without pressuring us to make a quick decision. The finance guy Mike was also really friendly and made sure we understood every technical aspect of the finances involved with our purchase. I was at the Volkswagen dealership earlier that day and after arriving at the Hyundai dealership I was relieved to find an awesome team that was willing to work with what I could afford and at the same time get a car I would be happy with. Big Liar I got a mail from Ron Carter Hyundai stating that they have an ultimate buyback event. The letter printed my name, vehicle year, and model. The black I got a mail from Ron Carter Hyundai stating that they have an ultimate buyback event. The letter printed my name, vehicle year, and model. The black book value is $16,980, and their 20% over black book value offer is $20,376. I called their phone number, 1-855-286-1905. The answering lady told me they will honor this offer, and the only thing I have to do is bring the letter with me. Just to clarify the details of the offer, I called 3 times in the next 3 days. I got the same answer each time. The last time I even asked whom I should talk to when I get there; she told me to ask for Eric. So I drove there in the heavy rain on Memorial Day, planning to sell my car. I asked my wife to drive another car to accompany me, so I can come home once the car is sold. When I got there, the person in the store front told me that they put my name in the big touch screen in the front, and then told me to wait for Eric. I was waiting for him when Mr. Miles Walter came by and offered to help me. I showed him the mail, and gave him my key, remote, and saw the truck. Then he went in and asked his manager to see the truck again. Twenty minutes later they told me that they would only offer $12,000. When I asked him why, he said that the truck has more options, and is out of warranty. So after 2 hours of driving, multiple phone confirmations, a physical copy of the offer, they denied what they wrote and said. The bottom line is they denied everything they wrote in the mail, they told me on the phone, and they are not going to honor what they said. More

Which is probably why I haven't purchased a car in 7 years and a new car in over 10 years, but my experience at Ron Carter was the total opposite. From the moment I arrived literally til the time I left I was greeted by and checked in on by any and everyone who worked there including the manager. James Teng my salesman was awesome, he kept everything clear, open and honest which is I want my deals done and proved to me that not all dealerships and salesmen are the same. I presented him with a few challenges, in the way of credit score and down payment and I still wanted the best deal possible and he came through big time. He got me a vehicle way out of my price range for a price I was more than happy with and he worked diligently with the finance team to ensure the deal good get done. Couldn't ask for anything more! Overall great experience, great dealership, great salesman and really NICE CAR! Thanks to James and the rest of the team at Ron Carter. More

I had no interest in a new car but Johnny was very friendly and confidant that he could put me in a 2014 so I said why not. He was mentoring Eric (4th day in sales) who handled my test drive and initial paperwork. Eric was very pleasant as was Johnny. I mentioned that I really thought they were wasting my time buy they never wavered. John was the financial guy. They managed to meet what I asked for and I walked out with a new 2014 and a "GOOD" taste in my mouth. I even felt that John was doing his best to hit my goal on my payment. NO ONE was pushy. More
