We love our Sonata Hybrid! We walked in the door to learn more about the Sonata. Israel Salazar immediately came over and helped us find what we were looking for. He was patient with us as we made decisions, and very informative and willing to show us any car we wanted to see. Next thing you know we're driving home in our new red Sonata Hybrid! dealership with no integrity The reason we came to this dealership was the very attractive deal online of the hyundai elantra 2014 being priced for only 10-11K. I emailed somebody The reason we came to this dealership was the very attractive deal online of the hyundai elantra 2014 being priced for only 10-11K. I emailed somebody online and she said that it was available for test drive, did NOT mention the ridiculous incentives that you needed to qualify in order to get that price. (which by the way NOBODY would be even eligible for all those incentives - first time buyer, 2nd time buyer, retired, active military). Also, it stated online that they would give you $500 more for the trade in value of your car offered by autotrader, texas direct, etc etc. So, I wasted my time and went to autotrader.com and printed off their offer on my wonderful accident free low mileage jeep. We went to this dealership. First of all, that online price was of course not real. They gave me this 1 $1k incentive which I don't really know where it went because somehow, my total bill was $28k for a simple sedan. Second, they said that they DO NOT HONOR autotrader quotes because this company have not actually seen the trade in car. That was NOT the advertisement they said online. That should have warned me already to stop this buying process but we went on. Then because I was buying the car, the salesman, Jon let me sign a paper stating which gift card I wanted. It was a $300 gift card incentive between BEST BUY and Walmart. We chose Walmart, and he kept reiterating that I would only get the gift card if I give them all perfect ratings on the survey. Its been about 2 months now and I did not receive a gift card. So I had to follow up. I did the survey, and reluctantly gave a prefect score. I emailed him and he calls my husband back saying that I still need to do 3 more reviews and have it printed out, and it should be good reviews. And then, go to the store to get my gift card. When we bought that car, he did not mention anything about completing 3 more spectacular reviews. He is now saying that it was in the fine print. Of course it is. And that he never told me that the card was a prize for doing a good survey, but because of the good reviews. I do not appreciate the feeling of being blackmailed just to give their store an awesome review. SO, BEWARE OF ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS HERE! They are all paid gift cards! This store has NO INTEGRITY whatsoever. A few years ago, we bought a hyundai santa fe in this dealership and back then, their staff was more honest. We referred family and friends to go buy hyundais from here too. Needless to say, we are not coming back to this dealership. STAY AWAY from here people!!! More
