By Far the best experience! This is the third new car buying experience I have been through. It is by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. We weren't planning This is the third new car buying experience I have been through. It is by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. We weren't planning on purchasing a new car until the end of the year maybe even not until Jan '15 but our 10 year old SUV died and it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. We looked at several different dealerships before we went to Hyundai. We already have a Sonata and its a great car so we thought we would look at the Santa Fe as an alternative to the Toyota Highlander that we had almost decided on. I am SO glad we went to Ron Carter Hyundai that Saturday, the difference in how they run that dealership is obvious the second you get there. They are so friendly and polite and really seem happy to be at work. Everyone greets you and asks if you need help or have been helped. They have fun stuff for families on Saturdays. We met Christian K. then sat and had lunch with our kids and got faces painted and he waited for us the whole time but didn't pester us either. Christian was really awesome and since I am a no nonsense kind of person we got a long well. I test drove the Santa Fe and loved it. We spent some time crunching numbers and working out a deal. Here is the most important part, once the paperwork was signed they still cared, they still worked things out even better. I have had to go back because I needed to find some paperwork (DD-214, I'm a vet) for them and they still treated us with the same care and attention. I have bought from Ford and from Nissan in the past and have not received this level of care and attention even after signing and driving away. When our current 2007 Sonata needs to be replaced (hopefully not for a long time ;-) ) we will buy another Hyundai from Ron Carter!! More

Very happy with our purchase! We bought a 2014 Santa Fe Limited after many months of research on which car we wanted. We will be having a second daughter in August, so a crossover We bought a 2014 Santa Fe Limited after many months of research on which car we wanted. We will be having a second daughter in August, so a crossover SUV with third row seating was important to us. It looked like the Santa Fe would be the best car for our price range we wanted to stay in. I drove another Santa Fe for 10 years and loved it, so it seemed like a natural fit. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. We were treated very well by Tasos and the sales manager, Philip. They gave us a generous amount on our trade, and let us take advantage of multiple discounts, and we were able to negotiate the price down to the range we wanted it. It was nice to be able to walk out of there with more than what we expected as far as features go - lots of add ons that the dealership puts in (tinted windows, paint protection, etc.). Financing was simple, and got a way lower interest rate than we expected. We were treating exceptional at closing. We were there the entire day, which felt very long, but in the end, to have all of that accomplished in one day and walk out of there feeling like we got a great deal with lots of extras was worth it.
