The best dealership ever! We have bought 5 cars from Ron Carter Hyundai. The people there are awesome. Christian Karamitsos has been our salesman on 3 of the cars and Scott San We have bought 5 cars from Ron Carter Hyundai. The people there are awesome. Christian Karamitsos has been our salesman on 3 of the cars and Scott Sanders has also been our salesman and now one of the manager that gives the final numbers. We highly recommend Christian Karamitsos and Ron Carter Huyndai dealership. Christian is very caring and knowledgeable in selling. Our first car was an Eqqus Ultimate. The 2nd car was the Sonate the 3rd car was the Camaro the 4th car was the Elantra and the 5th car was another Elantra. Every time I need help or answer I call Christian and he has helped me with everything I needed. He has even answer his phone on his off day to help me with a question about my grand daughter car. We had went to the dealership to buy some touch up paint for my grand daughter 2013 Elantra. We went inside to say hello to all of our friends. Christian K. and Scott Sanders seen us and came and said Hello Mr and Mrs Gallien and shook our hands. Always when we enter the dealership Christian, Scott and all of the guys we had in finance would come out to say hello. They are knew us by name. So Christian had suggested instead of buying touch up paint why don't we see about getting my grand daughter a brand new car for about what we was already paying for her 2013 instead get her a 2014 Elantra. So he got Scott Sanders involved and they did an appraisal on our 2013. Christian sat us down at his desk made us comfortable and got us drinks while we were waiting. So they worked out a great deal and we walked out with a brand new car 2014 for my grand daughter. I would recommend Christian and the dealership to all my friends. They are the best. They are there for you even after you made your purchase. They remember us as if we were Super Stars and always greeting us by Name. And they also gave us the money back for the touch up paint because parts had already closed and they didn't want us to have to drive back just to return the paint for a refund. Very considerate people. Thanks to all of you we have had an awesome experience with Ron Carter Huyndai and Christian and the rest of the staff. More

What drew me in were the prices on the internet, good luck ever getting all their discounts to get the advertised price (military, bachelor degree, repeat customer, etc.). I was referred to the dealership by a relative so they paid his car note ($421) for the month. (I didn't expect that) $25 gas card for a test drive and a $300 gift card if you write (3) good reviews after your purchase, Oh!, let's not forget the 2014 world cup marked soccer ball...don't know how I've lived without that. Anyway, I will say they were definitely busy yet friendly, no problem waiting around to find a salesman, helps if you know what you're looking for and how much you are willing to spend...I'm sure they made some money off of me. When we went to pick up the car the next day, the salesman was busy with another customer, yet for some reason it took over two hours just to get the registration papers filled out by someone else and for them to get the car washed...three times I was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes. I will say once the car was finally ready, the salesman took the time to explain many of the features of the car to my relative by which time it was 7:50pm. More

I loved my Elantra, but I am so in love with the Tucson! I bought the Elantra in November 2013 and soon after a friend of mine purchased the Hyundai Tucson, and that's when I first fell for the Tucson. I never thought it would be possible to get another new car so closely to purchasing one, but thanks to Anthony Merchant I am now driving the Tucson and loving every minute of it! Just like the first time I bought a car from Ron Carter, the dealership and Anthony Merchant went above and beyond to make this happen and make me happy! More

Fe limited .The first thing I noticed when we drove up is that the sales team did not rush us in the parking lot as we have had experienced in the past with other dealerships. This was nice as it gave us a chance to browse the selection at our pace. When we were ready to get help from the sales team they asked who are we there to see and did not assume that they were going to automatically be our salesperson. After we did say we needed a sales person Moe introduced himself to us and proceeded to assist us. He asked several questions to be sure he was putting us in the correct vehicle. His suggestions were right on the money. Not only did we get exactly what we were looking for, we got a fantastic deal. Moe provided me with coffee and a special tea for my wife and made us feel very welcomed. Moe helped in facilitating the transactions between our credit union and Ron Carter. Moe provided us excellent service. I will definitely be recommending Ron Carter Hyundai and Moe to all of my friends and family. More

Great, friendly service; fair price. I had been shopping about two weeks, and hadn't yet chosen the "car of my dreams." Arriving at the Ron Carter dealership my wife and I were pleased at I had been shopping about two weeks, and hadn't yet chosen the "car of my dreams." Arriving at the Ron Carter dealership my wife and I were pleased at the friendly way the employees/salespersons greeted us. There was a very positive feeing or "vibe" in the atmosphere at the dealership. Alexis Camarillo was great at demonstrating the car (although he kept pointing out the heated seats - as if that were something I would want in Houston, Texas). The overall experience in the purchase of the vehicle was excellent (comparatively) - as my wife and I sat through a couple of ordeals elsewhere and did not decide to buy at that time. Alex seemed intent on servicing our needs and worked very well with us. Under "Price" I rated the deal as "good." Alex tried to show us that it was an excellent price - but I still feel it was only a "fair" price - and I had originally indicated just "OK" for the price, but then changed it. I have been asked "Did you get a great deal?" and have responded "I think I got a FAIR deal." I guess I am part of the old-timers crowd that likes to see some price movement/adjustment to make me feel like I got a GREAT deal - and I just didn't feel that. When you end up paying exactly the sticker price for a car - is that a great deal? But, I have enjoyed the car and it is serving me well. Looking back at the purchase I am not exactly ecstatic although I am very satisfied. More

He is there to help you and respects all buying situations. The finance manager working on our deal was amazing as well. He helped us get into a vehicle for my daughter who is a senior in high school and just starting out on her own. They worked the numbers until we came to an agreement and I appreciate the NO PRESSURE. A wonderful experience. More
