HAPPY CUSTOMER I was exasperated after going to other car dealerships until I came to Hyundai of Clear Lake in Friendswood, TX off of I-45 S and Clear Lake City Blvd I was exasperated after going to other car dealerships until I came to Hyundai of Clear Lake in Friendswood, TX off of I-45 S and Clear Lake City Blvd (FM 2351) and met my salesperson, Mr. Lisandro Sosa, who helped me find the car I liked, not only at a great price but also with good interest rate, making owning a new car affordable to me, despite that I was upside down with my trade-in. The finance manager, Mr. Chris Russel, also was extremely helpful and caring enough to explain all the details of the loan application as well as offer the benefit of a 10 year warranty, which makes Hyundai special. After visiting other dealerships, I felt as though I was unable to afford a new vehicle, while still owing $4,300 on my old vehicle. When I asked my long-time family friend, Mr. Chapa, how he liked his new Hyundai, he immediately referred me to Mr. Sosa because he told me if I purchased a new car then, Hyundai would make his payment for month, yes, really!!! Both Mr. Sosa and Mr. Anthony Merchant took care of me, right away, and offered me a great price on my trade-in! And wiith all the current specials, I was able to drive away, quite happily, in my new 2015 Hyundai, the same day! Thank you for making my dream of a owning a new car, a reality! May God richly bless you all.!!! More

From the salesman that wasn't at all pushy to the finance manager that concluded the dealer without trying to force feed dealer add-ons. Expecting to leave a bit frustrated, I drove away with a grin...after all, I was in a very nice Genesis Coupe at a really good deal. More
