However, Eric Gomez was understanding of my situation and helped me work out a deal that fit within my budget without having to compromise on the things I wanted in a new vehicle. He was very nice and well-informed, and during the test-drive had really great tips and insights into how the Hyundai I was interested in would fit in well with my lifestyle. Chris Russell was extremely helpful during the financing process, and made me feel comfortable and free to ask questions if I needed help. However, bring a jacket and a book, since the place is freezing and their process takes several hours to accomplish so you can expect to be there a while. But the people were amazing and friendly, so it is definitely worth the wait. More
