Knew what I was looking for based on past visits and conversations, my salesman was busy so he put me with someone very quick, and the price was a little higher than our plan, but they worked to get it down to a comfortable number for us. All in all, this is a great place to buy from, and we recommend this to anyone looking for an SUV or really nice car, top rated cars on most car reviewers, yearly. Great Service My salesperson was Miles Walker and he provided excellent service throughout the entire process. I had just moved to Houston the day before from out o My salesperson was Miles Walker and he provided excellent service throughout the entire process. I had just moved to Houston the day before from out of state and so had some questions about leasing a car in Texas. He carefully explained everything, and best of all handled the many questions and concerns fired at him by my father very well. Even though my car had to be shipped from another dealer and I had the sunroof installed upon arrival, my car was ready within a week, which was quicker than I thought considering it was over a holiday weekend. Miles provided excellent communication as well during the different stages of preparation for my car. He notified me when my car arrived to Ron Carter; gave accurate, approximate times when the car would be ready for pickup; and made sure everything was okay with my loaner car in the meantime. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Ron Carter Cadillac Hyundai and overjoyed with my new Hyundai Santa Fe, and they sent me a tin of cookies afterward to thank me for my business! It doesn't get better than that:-) More
