I came to test drive a vehicle, and left in a brand new car the same day without a long waiting period in the lobby. I have not used Bluelink yet but I know it is there for me whenever I need it. Thank you to Gary Crow for showing me how to use Bluelink and also for setting up my bluetooth. More

What a surprise! My husband and I are retirees, living on a very tight budget. When my 2000 Mazda 626 was totaled by a dump truck, I was in desperate need of another v My husband and I are retirees, living on a very tight budget. When my 2000 Mazda 626 was totaled by a dump truck, I was in desperate need of another vehicle that I could afford. We wanted a little larger crossover and found one exactly like I wanted on Ron Carter's web site. I emailed James and Stephen and asked them to hold that Nissan until I could get up to Clear Lake to test drive it. And they did, telling other interested customers that it had been sold. I drove it, loved it, but then had to negotiate a price that I could afford. At my age, I have purchased several cars and never enjoyed the experience. Imagine my amazement when they actually got me the payment I requested and worked with our bank to get us a great interest rate. We had never met such friendly, truly personable and helpful salesmen. I left with my dream car at the price I wanted to pay and with a full tank of gas! We're still amazed at the service we received there. What a wonderful place in which to do business. More
