He was great from the minute we walked to the showroom, even when I started to get cold feet during the finance portion of the deal. He came into the the Finance Department and sat down with me to go over all the pricing AGAIN. With the many rebates available at that time, we received a very good deal and my son is very happy with the car. When you are looking for a car online, you need to read the fine print. Everything is right in front of you on the website. There were so surprises, but Alexis was even more diligent and went through each rebate offered letting me know which ones I did not qualify for. Alexis is the guy to see! I chose not to purchase the extra warranty that covers "everything except belts, hoses and batteries". I knew it was going to be offered and I knew I was not going to purchase it. They ask, repeatedly, and give you all the benefits of the warranty. If you have already made your decision before you walk in the door, just let them know. They are a business; they are in the business to make money; it's their job. Do your research ahead of time and make this process easier on all parties. Thank you Alexis! More
