We have been shopping around for 4x4 or AWD, but few can you find in Houston area. Luckily Ron Carter had one and after several rounds of negotiation, we bought it. Sales people like Josh and Jonathon were very attentive and professional, never pushed me for a sale. Overall 5 stars experience. Thanks Ron Carter. X Lin More

Lupe is a wonderful person and the whole dealership experience was like a dream. I am sorry I didn't buy the maintenance package. Ask For Juan Pena This is the fifth car we have purchased from Ron Carter over the years. Obviously we are pleased with the customer service but this time far surpassed our other experiences. I used the online pre financing to get the process started before even going to the dealership. Within minutes of hitting the send button, Juan sent me an email introducing himself and inquiring how he could be of service. Juan asked the right questions about our needs and scheduled an appointment to come in and look at the inventory that evening. When we arrived at the dealership after work, Juan was prepared to show us vehicles that match our requests. He was very patient with us as we flip flopped about color and interior styles. At no time did we feel pressured by Juan which is one of the main reasons for writing this review. He focused entirely on us and was not trying to work on any other deals at the same time. Juan has by far been the best sales person we have ever used. If you need a vehicle ask for Juan Pena. More

The minute I walked in the door Jarred Howard introduced himself and immediately he seemed kind, sincere and like someone I could trust. The cool thing is - I felt the same way when I drove out of the parking lot with my new car. There wasn't lots of haggling - he knew upfront where I needed to be and I felt like he respected that and didn't try to get me into something he knew I couldn't afford just so he could make an extra $. Kerry in finance couldn't have been nicer either. Just overall - I can honestly say this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!!! More
