The service department is stretched too thin. On one scheduled appointment, I was asked to leave my car but was not given a loaner or a rental. My wife had searched online for the vehicle we were looking for and also went through the process of looking up a term for a lease. We ended up making a trip to Friendswood, which is about 30 minutes for us and was greeted by the sales manager, who said that our salesperson was bringing the car out for us to look at, didn't love the Pearl white color so they brought out a moonlight cloud one for us. Since we had done the term on the Internet, they had the outline of the deal worked up already, but since it was a different car there was some haggling before we settled on a price. The pricing was not clear. They didn't have the Manufacture sticker price information on any cars. I have never been to a dealership that didn't have the information about the car on one of the windows. Instead of having the pricing clear on the discounts, taxes and etc.. It was back and forth from the salesman to the manager. The salesman (Nick Ram) became very mad and said, we wasted 5 hours of his time. The appointment was at 10:00 AM and it was 12:00 when he got upset. The manager came out to see if we could make a deal. We didn't like having a $3,000.00 charge added to the car. Also, was told we would get $3,000 off the vehicle if we financed it. We only wanted to pay cash which made the salesman more angry. I had already gone to the car and my husband was waiting for our Infiniti key to be returned. My husband came to the car and said, the manager would take off that added fee and we didn't have to finance the car. We had driven from Lake Jackson and was ready to go home. The salesman was with another customer so we continued to wait. Another person was trying to help us but, we still waited. My husband looked at the SUV which was suppose to be detailed. It had some kind of sticky stuff on it. Nick Ram cleaned it off but, was still angry with us. More
