We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. On body work, we are completely at the mercy of the insurance company approving the work. On some of the concerns, we were only able to get one of the ones you mentioned to show up. I know this is frustrating and we need to repair cars and trucks to stay in business. We do own up to the radio being scratched. We have one on order and unfortunately the factory part is a 4 week wait. Mr Morrow/Lonestar, On your vehicle, there are no parts in stock at our dealership or in the immediate Ford Pipeline. We tried to get an order expedited for your rear end/clutch and there were none to be had. We are putting in another expedite that is no guarantee, but it keeps the order in front of people in case the part gets manufactured. This problem can be typical when a current year vehicle has a serious repair. We will notify you as soon as we get it. We ant to fix your vehicle, but we are dependent on Ford for the part. We are so sorry this has happened and will keep trying.Thank you for your patience.
