Terrible experience. Waste of my time Nothing but terrible experiences From this dealership from all ends. First, I had issues with my remote start not functioning. After about 6 months of Nothing but terrible experiences From this dealership from all ends. First, I had issues with my remote start not functioning. After about 6 months of basically being made to look like a fool and told I not doing it right, I took it to Ron Carter and found out it was a common issue with programming and was fixed immediantly. Never had a problem with the starter since. This Left a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership But just figured it was the service department and shouldnt condemn the dealership as a whole.......Til tonight. I was called by a salesperson with a proposal. Figured I would give them a chance again. Even spoke briefly with the original salesperson who sold us the car we were trading in. Had a great experience with him which was why I was willing to buy another car from Big Star. The new salesperson sent the proposal to my email.I filled out a credit app as well as I came in and test drove a titanium as well as the SE (which was listed in the emailed proposal). Still trying to figure out how when my trade in was almost $1,900 more then the proposal and even with 0% financing why the number they came up with monthly payment wise was 24 dollars more a month then what was in the proposal? And I was clear that if I dont get 0% financing ( which is only through Ford Credit) I was not interested and was then lied to and told they were waiting for a response from ford credit. All the while, my phone is going off with credit alerts as my credit is being pulled from other banks. I told you what I was willing to do and what wanted and yet ya think if you just keep going and do what ya want I will lay there and take it. Thank you for lying, going against my wishes and doing whatever you chose to do. And thanks for also giving an innaccurate proposal. Thanks for the 2 hours of wasted time Ill never get back. More
5 stars but I didn’t like how they had added their 5 stars but I didn’t like how they had added their protection plan to the car and kept it separate from The car price. It was added at the end of the totals so it felt like they were trying to sneak in a $1,995 cost but advertising a lower car Sales price and sneaking in this added cost at the end. Made me feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. I did Really like my sales guy Antonio and finance manager Raymond. But with the policy mentioned above I feel like it is put into place by upper management which I didn’t like at all. Also detail crew did not do a thorough job on the detailing. But when I pointed it out Antonio room it back and corrected it immediately. More
