Big Star Ford

We purchased a used 2021 Toyota Venza on October 19 from John Cole at Big Star Ford. He made numerous promises of things he would do after the closing on the vehicle of which he did none. When I called he didn't answer my calls, ignored my messages and ignored my last text requesting the vehicle history report which is part of the Certified Pre-owned agreement along with the maintenance report of work done at Big Star on October 9. When I called the service dept. to get a copy of the work order from Oct 5 (dent repaired) and Oct for maintenance done, I was told I would have to get those from the salesman John Cole. He claims 5 ozone treatments were done on Nov. 3rd but when I got the car back that evening, it smelled very strongly of deodorizer, so strong I could almost taste it. I seriously doubt any ozone treatment was even done. If I could give John Cole minus 5 stars I would. I am a 75 year old female and i feel he took advantage of me, telling me he would do things which he had no intention of doing. Not a good representative of the dealership. More
