found a vehicle that I was interested in on Cargurus that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. I clicked the button to receive additional information and immediately, I was contacted by a salesman named that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. I clicked the button to receive additional information and immediately, I was contacted by a salesman named John Cole. It was about 8 p.m. at the time, and John asked me if I could come in to view the vehicle the following day. I scheduled an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 p.m. the next day. He sent me a confirmation via text and email and event went so far as to send me a video of the vehicle. I left work a little early and drove from Porter, TX to Manvel in rush hour traffic only to arrive at the dealership to be told that John Cole was off on that day and that the vehicle I was coming in to view had been sold earlier that day. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. When I spoke with a manager, he basically told me that everyone is entitled to a day off and sent me on my merry way. I was floored at the lack of customer service during this whole event. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! Their customer service and lack of accountability is horrible! More
bought my wife's 2014 edge in 2015 from Alfred S. We have had all the service done here and have always been very satisfied. With over 120,000 miles, I recently requested new plugs and wires. when I picked up the car, the invoice said that only the plugs were replaced. I asked why the wires were not replaced and was told that the mechanic checked them and they were OK. In my experience, wires can break down at any time especially with a 10 year old vehicle. The price for the plugs was over $600 and that seems excessive. I had my GMC Sierra 1500 serviced at Ron Carter and the plugs and wires replacement was less that $500. Thank you, Alan Marshall. More

From the moment I brought it in, I was treated as if my brake failure didn’t happen. I was treated as if I do t have a clue in what is normal and what isn’t. I still have the vehicle with no explanation brake failure didn’t happen. I was treated as if I do t have a clue in what is normal and what isn’t. I still have the vehicle with no explanation on why brake failure occurred. Not sure how pressing the breaks in a normal curve with nothing happening forcing me to push my pedal all the way down and with minimal braking occurring resulting in my vehicle basically just decreasing in speed due to my foot not bein I. The acceleration for at least a 3/4 of a football field results in nothing being wrong and being told from the get go that I’ve mistaken the anti locking break system for break failure. No what that feels like and that’s not what occurred and it’s very noticeable when it happens and the vehicle actually stops. Not rolls almost hitting another car when breaking occurred about 3/4 of a football field away on an exit that has two curves and failure started on the first attempt. Forced to drive unsafe vehicle. Thanks Big Star. More
