Do not go here to have your vehicle serviced. My brand new vehicle has been at this location for over a month now. There has been no communication whatsoever on their end. Called the Ford customer service line and opened up a case and still NOTHING! We’ve been placed on the waitlist for a loaner vehicle but they don’t know how long it will take for that to happen or how much longer it will take my vehicle to get fixed. More
