Our experience with the Big Star Ford service department was an absolute nightmare. We brought my husband's truck in for a simple tire and wheel replacement, expecting a quick and straightforward process. H was an absolute nightmare. We brought my husband's truck in for a simple tire and wheel replacement, expecting a quick and straightforward process. However, it turned into an endless ordeal that lasted an excruciating four weeks! Right from the beginning, getting in touch with a service representative proved to be an impossible task. Despite spending a whole week leaving voicemails and making calls, we received no response and were left completely in the dark about the status of our vehicle. In frustration, we had to physically go to the dealership after work just to get any information about the progress on our truck. We were initially told that the wheel replacement would take only one week. However, after two weeks had passed, they finally admitted that the wheel was out of stock and had to be ordered. It is unacceptable that they hadn't checked the part's availability beforehand, causing us two additional weeks of waiting and inconvenience. Finally, after the agonizing four-week wait, we were ready to pick up the truck. However, as soon as we started driving away, we noticed that the truck was completely out of alignment. The steering wheel was turned diagonally just to keep the truck straight on the road. We had paid for an alignment, but it seemed like they completely neglected to perform it. When we confronted them, they revealed that the service representative had CLOSED OUR TICKET WITHOUT COMPLETING THE ALIGNMENT WE PAID FOR, essentially stealing our money. Moreover, to our dismay, the car jack, tire iron, and extensions needed for the lower spare tire were thrown into the backseat of the truck. There was no effort made to put them away properly and the blown tire was left in the bed of the truck. Their lack of communication, incompetence in handling basic tasks like ordering parts, and overall disregard for their customers' time and satisfaction made us seriously question the competency and integrity of the Big Star Ford service department. The damage had been done, and the entire experience left us utterly disappointed. We will never, under any circumstances, use their service department again. We strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership unless they want to endure the same infuriating ordeal we went through or pay for services they straight up won't recieve. Big Star Ford, the way you treat your customers is nothing short of shameful! More
